About Us and What We Do:
Hello future web publisher,
We have an advertising agency and we want to provide you the best service to you, so you can build a stable income stream. Your site may contain content/ads that are intrusive and might stop you from reaching the full potential amount of users a day/month. Our job is to help you by having fewer ads and no pop-ups and you will actually receive more income. You may have talked to Jeremy who is the main person who will be dealing with you for all of your needs.
Did you know that relevant text ads are much better than colourful banners in many diverse ways? This is because it’s relevant to your content and people will click the ad. Auto pop-ups or pop-unders will actually give you bad reputation and people might not want to come back to your site. You see, if you just signup to any ad publisher you could be getting the wrong variety of ads for your site and people might not like that advertisement.
Some ad servers like doubleclick.net and precisionclick.com are identified as annoyances. Have you ever seen those ad banners that say get a free ipod or ringtone? These are terrible everyone hates them as it sends them hundreds of spam or enrols them in a weekly subscription.
*Please remember we do have banners and button ads if that is what meets your criteria.
Publisher Terms and Conditions:
When you paste your advertising material you will agree to these terms. You are not allowed to paste your ads on any page that contains racism, adult content, warez or no content. The balance of the minimum payout is $100 AUD. As the publisher knows 10% of the commission will be taken for the fees and processing. (This doesn’t include extra fees like Paypal.) You agree that we control the ads and at your discretion you may tell us to get rid of one/some sponsored ads. If you want you may ask us for some tracking stats for how many clicks, click per rate ETC. Do not make auto bots to click on ads or click on them yourself. You agree that we can use your name for promotional materials. (This does not show customers any of your statistics or any confidential records.) When using our materials and scripting you are liable for any damage on our site and will be given a fine for the damages you make and your account will be limited. (This only applies if you have got editing permission.) Without your notice we can change these rules on every occasion. If you agree to these terms send a message to advertising@machet.com.au with your company name and then with a dash with words accept or agree. An example would be Telstra-accept. (This is done for future references.)
